ACT provides technology services, including but not limited to:

  • Point-of-Sale (POS) installations and configurations
  • Low-voltage cabling
  • Network engineering and design
  • Surveillance systems
  • Music licensing
  • TV installations

The scope of services for each project will be outlined in individual agreements.


3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and ensure access to their premises as necessary for ACT to complete services. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines.


4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposits, fees, and due dates, are outlined in project agreements. Invoices must be paid in full by the due date to avoid delays or additional charges.


5. Warranty and Liability

ACT guarantees workmanship for a specified period as stated in the service agreement. We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party hardware or software failures
  • Misuse of installed systems
  • Any issues outside the scope of our work

ACT’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.


6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. ACT reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, violation of terms, or misuse of equipment.


7. Intellectual Property

All proprietary materials, software, and documentation provided by ACT remain the intellectual property of ACT unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
