He originally went to college on both an academic and basketball scholarship, eventually earning three degrees from Iowa State University. But it wasn\u2019t just academics or sports that captured his attention\u2014it was technology. His expertise ensures that each restaurant has the tech infrastructure it needs to run smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Breakfast Brothers Collaboration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Christopher\u2019s work with The Breakfast Brothers is particularly exciting. Not only did he help design and wire the new Oak Cliff location, but he\u2019s also responsible for the restaurant&#8217;s smooth integration of tech\u2014from the POS systems to the Wi-Fi that keeps guests connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe opened up the new location in Oak Cliff, and everything went smoothly right from the start. All the systems were up and running, and the functionality of the restaurant has been amazing. It\u2019s all thanks to the work Christopher did behind the scenes,\u201d Ricky Booker says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Giving Back: Christopher\u2019s Mission to Provide Second Chances<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond his technical prowess, Christopher is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He works with a unique model in his business\u2014hiring mostly convicted felons as his employees. As part of his mission, he goes back to prisons each month to recruit and train individuals who need a second chance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI hire individuals who have been incarcerated. Most of my employees are between 18-22 years old, and I go back to prisons and train them in tech. They get certifications and learn the skills they need to build a better future,\u201d Christopher explains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His work is more than just installing cables and systems. It&#8217;s about giving people opportunities for success and helping them turn their lives around. One of his employees, Antonio, was released from prison after serving 15 years and now works in tech, making $30 an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s about second chances,\u201d Christopher says. \u201cThese people might have made mistakes in the past, but they have the potential to change their lives. I\u2019ve been there, and I want to help them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Transforming Restaurant Tech: A New Wave of Innovation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Christopher\u2019s impact on the restaurant world isn\u2019t just limited to the Breakfast Brothers.
